Extra TRF for institutions

Each candidate receives one TRF only.

However, up to five copies can be sent to the institutions of your choice at no extra charge, provided that the request is made in the IELTS application form during registration.

Candidates who require additional copies to be sent to international institutions and organisations must complete the "Application for the Issue of Additional TRFs" form and pay for international postage.

The additional TRFs will be sent out within three working days from the next day after the successful submission of the application and payment.

Candidates who require additional copies to be sent internationally must choose among the courier types shown below and pay the fee for the postage cost.

Regular airmail or electronic method

Additional TRF request fee (for electronic copy) - 21,000 MNT

Additional TRF request fee (for carbon copy) - 32,000 MNT

IELTS on computer

Additional TRF request fee (for electronic copy) - 22,000 MNT

Additional TRF request fee (for carbon copy) - 33,000 MNT

Only the IELTS Recognising Organisations subscribed to the electronic service may download a candidate's results. It is the responsibility of the candidate to check with the recognising organisations whether they accept electronic TRF copies.

Note: Please note that you cannot track your air mail delivery status, and delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Depending on the practices of local postage companies, the delivery duration can be approximately 14 – 21 days.

Express courier (DHL)

Candidates who require additional copies to be sent via express courier services must pay one of the following charges.
